" Very speedy delivery. Cheapest I found on the internet. Excellent
quality tool bag. Purchased for my son who is an I.T Technician
and he is delighted with it. Holds all the tools he needs with plenty
of pockets for more. Carries 2 laptops in the centre compartment
safetly and well protected by the padding. Lots of zip compartments
for paper work. Lovely strong well made bag. I would definitely
recommend this item. "

"Price was way better than any others I could find and the
goods arrived promptly. Unfortunately they had been damaged in transit
- not the fault of Tool-Net as the item was dispatched direct from
the manufacturer. The courier initially attempted to deny their
liability but Tool-Net sorted the problem out with the courier directly.
This was not simple. The courier had left the item unsigned for
and apparently attempted to make up stories about why they had done
this. A replacement item arrived in reasonable time given the complex
circumstances. Thus I am very happy to recommend Tool-Net based
on this experience. As well as good price and delivery they sorted
out a potentially very difficult problem in an efficient and pleasant
fashion. "

and was amazed how expensive they were - but then I found them on
Tool-net for about half the price I had seen elsewhere. The service
was prompt - easy to sort out and efficient. I needed a VAT receipt
and on request had it by return of email in a few minutes. I would
definitely recommend this to friends - in fact have already done
so, and will most certainly be using them again. "

"I live in New York City and have a country home in rural Spain.
Tools are very expensive in Spain, but because of the different
electric currents, I can't bring US tools to Spain and have them
work as they should. I found the sander I wanted at tool-net, and
even with the shipping costs it was cheaper to buy it in England
than what I would have spent for it in Spain. The tool-net staff
was attentive and answered all of my emails promptly. The only drawback
was that I could not charge the purchase to my credit card, US or
Spanish, but had to wire the funds. "

"a follow up message-- the Bosch Pex 270 ae arrived on the
second try; it was there when I arrived in my little Spanish town
and it was awesome. One of my best purchases ever. We had to switch
the plug to euro-style, no problem, I only regret I didn't buy more
discs. There are no Bosch dealers anywhere within 100 km so it
was hard to find substitutes. Again, thank you! "

"First of all it is great that living in France I can order
from Tool-net. The prices are competive and their range is far better
than what I can get in France, of course the exchange rate helps
too. However the shipping cost I found excessive (17£ for 3kilos!)
compared to other companies like Amazon.UK, Lands-End and even smaller
companies. Having mentioned this to the customer service people
they said they would look into it. Another useful thing would be
if you could see if an item is in stock or not. Then you can make
your on judgement if you want to pay more and go somewhere else
but get it quicker or wait and buy from Tool-net. My last advice
to Tool-net is, especially if they are dealing with customers on
the continent, to set up Pay-Pall. Since having written this review
their customer service team have informed me that they now have
cheaper delivery service i.e. Royal Mail (which we have found very
good for France). You can now pay by Pay-Pall and they are working
on ways to show their stock quantities. Great! it looks like we
are in business "
