Bosch is launching a new demolition hammer onto the market for demolition work in concrete, stone or asphalt: the Bosch GSH 27 VC Professional. With its impact energy of 69 joules, it is the world's most powerful electric breaker. This tool achieves an average material removal rate of 3.2 tons per hour (in accordance with EPTA Procedure 03/2008), therefore offering 50 percent more material removal than the predecessor model. A further advantage of the breaker is its vibration of only 8.0 m/s2, which is thanks to its vibration-reduced hammer mechanism and its decoupled handles. The permitted trigger time of the tool is therefore more than three hours per working day. These advantages combine to provide the professional tradesman with fast work progress and more comfortable working with reduced vibration, even in the toughest applications.

With this new breaker, Bosch is also setting new standards with regard to lifetime and tool handling. The robust construction and the high-quality aluminum and steel components used to manufacture this tool guarantee its superior lifetime. It is therefore extremely economical to purchase or rent. A new feature is the anti-slip surface on the housing cover. The 27kg breaker can therefore be conveniently and safely leant against a wall or against suitable objects between operations without falling over. This saves the user the effort of having to lay down and lift up the tool. The tool's low center of gravity and its ergonomically shaped handles, which are equipped with softgrip, ensure optimum tool handling.
