A semi automatic piston drive, low velocity tool with safety devices. The piston ensures low fastener velocity and the dissipation of any excess power on overdriving, so through-shots and ricochet are virtually eliminated. Power regulated with a built-in noise reducer which can be adjusted to the working environment reducing firing noise and recoil strength. Ideal for fixing brick ties to steel, wooden battens to steel and concrete and for use with fire protection systems.
