Description |
The Black and Decker tough truck has a polyester enamelled steel frame which converts from a 2-wheeled sack barrow to a 4-wheeled low loading trolley with no reduction in loading capacity. It has a large diameter swivel castor which enables moving in small and confined spaces and uneven ground.
