This drill offers good value for money. I've put mine through its paces and it handles everything I can throw at it. it make easy work of the hardest of concrete. Make sure you have good quality bits that can take the hammering. The chisleling is equally impressive, but only good for smaller jobs

I bought a 355 in 1996 after the untimely and tragic death of my Metabo 1010 watt, which was going to cost £200 to revive. Considering it was an impulse buy, I have to say I love it. it does get a little hot if used for an hour or so but it shows no sign of wear. after 10 years of electrical contracting use. I would certainly buy another one. My only real annoyance is that I paid a lot more for mine ten years ago than it costs now.
