Orders can be cancelled either in part or completely
up until the point of dispatch for a full refund. After the point
of dispatch you have a 7 working day cooling off period in which
to notify us by email which item(s) you intend to return along with
your order number. During this time you may return the item(s) as
long as they are in as-new condition and complete with all parts,
accessories, manuals, warranty cards etc. This includes any special
offers or free items that may be supplied with the returned item(s).
Goods must be received at Tool-Net within 14 days from the day after
you originally took delivery. Tool-Net asks that all goods be returned
with a copy of the order invoice or delivery note and a reason for
return. Tool-Net cannot accept responsibility for any items lost
or damaged in transit to us and therefore recommend items are sent
using an insured postal service that can be tracked.
All items received back in new condition that are
deemed eligible for a full refund may be subject to a deduction
of any applicable outbound carriage charges. This will vary depending
on the value of the order and the delivery method used.
Where goods have been damaged in transit you should
notify us of this fact by email no later than 3pm on the next working
day after the delivery has been received. Please remember to include
your order number in all correspondence. All refunds or replacements
are pending inspection of damaged goods. Claims may be rejected
if signed for as in good condition upon delivery. Returns may be
assessed on an individual basis. Please email us if you have any
