Pricing Policy

1. It is the policy of www.tool-net.co.uk to display prices both including and excluding VAT at the prevailing rate.

2. Delivery charges may vary depending on the order value, size, weight etc. Full details of our delivery pricing and policies can be easily accessed on the Delivery Policy page. VAT and any applicable delivery charges will also be recalculated and displayed at the checkout stage for the customer to verify before proceeding with the order procedure.

3. Our VAT and EORI registration numbers are shown on invoices and on the order confirmation page which can be printed off at the time of ordering.

4. In the unlikely event that an incorrectly priced product is identified after the order has been submitted by the customer, but before the item has been dispatched (thus confirming the order – see Terms & Conditions of Sale); www.tool-net.co.uk will make every effort to maintain the price listed at the time of the order’s submission. However, should the price change beyond commercially viable confines, we will contact the customer to offer the product at the new price under no obligation or offer a full refund for the product and any or all applicable carriage charges. Please note if only part of the order is cancelled a carriage charge may still be applicable for any remaining items. See the Delivery Policy page for details.

5. www.tool-net.co.uk reserves the right to cancel in part or in full any order at any time before the order is confirmed by the issuing of a dispatch confirmation E-mail. Should this happen www.tool-net.co.uk will notify the customer by E-mail, in writing or telephone before refunding the customer in full for each cancelled product plus any applicable carriage charges.
