Our Delivery Policy and its options are ONLY for UK MAINLAND deliveries
during normal business days (Monday to Friday). Deliveries outside of
this area will be charged at the prevailing rates and may be subject to
longer delivery times. Please contact us for a detailed quotation of costs
and times by visiting the Contact Us page.
If, for any reason, we are not able to despatch the whole of your order
to meet your requested delivery, we will endeavour to arrange a part shipment
and send you a dispatch confirmation E-mail. As per the Cancellation
& Returns Policy, if this is not acceptable, the customer will always
have the option to cancel the order in part or in full and to receive
a refund for each cancelled product and any applicable delivery charges.
Please note if only part of the order is cancelled a delivery charge may
still be applicable for any remaining items. See Delivery Options below
for delivery charges.
Whilst we aim to deliver all items from stock, it may sometimes be necessary
to deliver some products directly from our suppliers. If this is necessary
delivery times and methods may differ from those of www.tool-net.co.uk.
All orders will be dispatched by a form of recorded delivery or courier.
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to sign
for all deliveries as without a signature, we will instruct goods not
be left for security reasons. Delivery agents will typically make at least
2 attempts to deliver the goods before returning them to the sender. In
the event that the delivery agent is unable to locate the delivery address
or obtain a signature resulting in the goods being returned to us, we
will contact you to arrange payment of further delivery charges.
The Courier or our Agent will ask you to sign for your order, often in
a box marked "Received in Good Condition" Please remember
to inspect the condition and quantity of your packages/goods before signing
for them. Only sign for each item received, noting any inconsistencies
or possible damage. Claims for missing or damaged items may be significantly
hindered or obstructed if they have been signed for as received and in
good condition. There is no need at this time to inspect the contents
of the parcels, you will be given reasonable time to make a claim if the

Delivery Options
Our current delivery options available are as follows:
Option 1 - £ Free
COLLECT YOUR ORDER FROM OUR DRAYTON ROAD DEPOT in TONBRIDGE, KENT
We will Pack & Prepare your order for collection. WE WILL CALL
YOU WHEN IT IS READY FOR COLLECTION Please do not call without having
spoken to us first as some orders may take a couple of days to prepare.
GOODS WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO ANYONE BUT THE CARDHOLDER! YOU MUST BRING
THE CARD WITH YOU THAT YOU USED TO PAY FOR THE ORDER WITH.
Option 2 - £ 6.95
Delivery to a UK MAINLAND Address - Normally 3-5 working days*
*Please allow 3-5 working days for this delivery option (Excludes Weekends
and Bank Holidays). However, most orders are delivered next day using
this option, some may take longer than 5 days depending on their size
and stock availability. IF IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOUR GOODS ARE RECEIVED
SOONER or NEXT DAY please call and check stock availability with us.
Option 3 - £ 16.95
Select this option if your DELIVERY POSTCODE is in an "Extended Delivery
Area in the UK (listed below)" and your total order wight is less than

Pack & Deliver your order normally within 5 Days to your Mainland Extended
Area Delivery Address. It looks expensive to us too! We are only passing
on the Parcelforce extra charge at our cost. If your order is below 2kg
we can send by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will only charge you the
standard £6.95 - call us if you think this applies to your order! IF
YOUR ORDER IS OVER 30KG PLEASE PHONE US FOR A QUOTE - WE WILL NOT BE ABLE
TO SHIP FOR £16.95
Option 4 - £ By Quotation
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY -
How much will it cost? Delivery prices will depend on the weight,
dimensions and delivery address of your order. Rather than just have a
set price for each country/region, tool-net negotiate the best price available
from a selection of couriers and pass the most competitive quotation to
the customer. There are no hidden charges and tool-net's policy is to
never profit from delivery charges.
This means you only pay for the service you use!
How do I get a delivery price? The easiest and quickest way for
you to get a price for shipping is as follows: Start shopping for the
products you wish to order, add them to your Tool-BOX and proceed to the
Checkout (you will need to register or sign in first). When prompted select
Option 4 - International Delivery as your delivery option. Ynd
you will be given an order reference number but no payment will be requested.
We will quickly calculate the shipping charge and email you details of
how to proceed. You can then authorise this charge and make arrangements
by email with our sales office or cancel your order. By requesting
a delivery price you are under no obligation to proceed with the order.
Do I have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax)? Shoppers in the UK and
E.C. (European Community) must pay prices inclusive of VAT unless a valid
VAT Registration Number can be supplied before the order is processed.
Shoppers from outside the UK or E.C. are excluded from paying VAT.
PLEASE NOTE
For non-account customers delivery days are calculated from the date
of receipt of cleared funds to meet your order.
