Our Delivery Policy and its options are ONLY for UK MAINLAND deliveries during normal business days (Monday to Friday). Deliveries outside of this area will be charged at the prevailing rates and may be subject to longer delivery times. If, for any reason, we are not able to despatch the whole of your order to meet your requested delivery, we will endeavour to arrange a part shipment and send you a dispatch confirmation E-mail. As per the Cancellation & Returns Policy, if this is not acceptable, the customer will always have the option to cancel the order in part or in full and to receive a refund for each cancelled product and any applicable delivery charges. Please note if only part of the order is cancelled a delivery charge may still be applicable for any remaining items. See Delivery Options below for delivery charges.
Whilst we aim to deliver all items from stock, it may sometimes be necessary to deliver some products directly from our suppliers. If this is necessary delivery times and methods may differ from those of www.tool-net.co.uk.
All orders will be dispatched by a form of recorded delivery or courier. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for all deliveries as without a signature, we will instruct goods not be left for security reasons. Delivery agents will typically make at least 2 attempts to deliver the goods before returning them to the sender. In the event that the delivery agent is unable to locate the delivery address or obtain a signature resulting in the goods being returned to us, we will contact you to arrange payment of further delivery charges.
The Courier or our Agent will ask you to sign for your order, often in
a box marked "Received in Good Condition" Please remember
to inspect the condition and quantity of your packages/goods before signing
for them. Only sign for each item received, noting any inconsistencies
or possible damage. Claims for missing or damaged items may be significantly
hindered or obstructed if they have been signed for as received and in
good condition. There is no need at this time to inspect the contents
of the parcels, you will be given reasonable time to make a claim if the

Our current delivery options available are as follows:
- Packing & Delivery Charge (normally delivered in 3-5 Working Days) Mon-Fri (UK Mainland Only) at £5.95
- Select this option if your DELIVERY POSTCODE is at £19.45

For non-account customers delivery days are calculated from the date of receipt of cleared funds to meet your order.
